In a world where societal expectations often shape limits, and opportunities for self-expression can be scarce, Cahoots International Foundation, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Calicut East, took a bold step to ignite confidence and inspire transformation. Through Project NAYIKA, the foundation organised a Women Empowerment Session at SDS College, Mavoor, a space designed to nurture courage, leadership, and self-belief among young women, tomorrow’s leaders, innovators, and changemakers.

The session was a dynamic blend of engaging discussions, personal reflections, and interactive dialogues, crafted to equip participants with practical skills and emotional resilience. It focused on key areas such as self-confidence, leadership, financial literacy, personal safety, and mental well-being, creating a holistic environment where young women could explore their potential without hesitation or fear.
