Mr. Amal Dz is the visionary founder and CEO of Cahoots International Foundation, India’s first fashion-based NGO. Born and raised in Kerala, he believes fashion is more than style. It is a force for empowerment, cultural preservation, and social change. Since founding Cahoots, he has combined ethical design, skill development, and livelihood creation to uplift underprivileged women and youth.
An international beauty pageant coach and former President of Rotary International, Calicut East, Amal has a proven track record of leadership that began in his college days as College Chairman. He also introduced the “Joy-Factor” to Cahoots, blending empowerment with happiness, hope, and celebration. His vision is a world where style uplifts lives, traditions are preserved, and sustainability is a way of life.
