Rest – Reviving Green, Restoring Breath
Rest is a green initiative dedicated to replanting the most oxygen-producing plants and trees with the support of wood-consuming industries. The campaign focuses on restoring ecological balance and reducing the environmental impact caused by deforestation and industrial wood usage.
Wood-based industries rely heavily on natural forest resources, often leading to depletion of green cover. Rest encourages these industries to take responsibility by actively participating in reforestation efforts and supporting large-scale plantation of high-oxygen-producing species such as neem, peepal, banyan, bamboo, and areca palm.
The initiative not only aims to replenish what has been lost but also to create long-term environmental benefits including cleaner air, better carbon absorption, biodiversity revival, and climate resilience. Industries are guided and supported in adopting sustainable practices such as tree adoption programs, corporate plantation drives, and post-plantation care.
Rest promotes collaboration between environmentalists, government agencies, industries, and communities to ensure plantations are monitored, maintained, and grown in a healthy manner. It serves as a bridge between economic activity and ecological responsibility.
This campaign symbolizes a mindful return — giving back to nature what we take, and breathing life into the future.
Plant with purpose. Grow with Rest.
